It is with great anticipation that the Seventy-first Annual Meeting of the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma and Clinical Congress of Acute Care Surgery will be held on the island of Kauai, September 12-15, 2012 at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. Contracted room rate: Standard Room @ $289 per night plus tax (single/double and does not include state and local taxes at 13.416%). For additional persons 19 year and older, a $50 charge per night is applied.

Airport Location
Lihue Airport (LIH) is the primary airport on the Island of Kauai and handles both overseas and interisland flights. Lihue is located approximately 15 miles from the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa on the south side of the island. Some airlines are now offering direct flights to Kauai otherwise you will have to connect through Honolulu on a short 25 minute flight to the island.
